Handcrafted from lab-grade Borosilicate glass. the Orea Sense Carafe is here to deliver a sensory experience like no other. Unlike a lot of carafes out there, there are none that bring aroma to a central point quite like the Sense Carafe. Paired with the OREA brewer and the resulting clarity in the brew, this carafe turns the aromatic experience up a notch (or two).
The true capacity of the Carafe is 400ml, but we recommend filling with up to 300ml for an optimal experience. This way, you leave plenty of room to have cool areas to touch and better serving usability at lower weights.
The Sense Carafe’s design decision was made with sensory exploration in mind, pairing incredibly well with the rest of the Sense collection. The sensory experience is often overlooked, but we think it’s an extremely important part of the specialty coffee experience. In fact, this carafe uses a similar “neck” design as the Sense Cups – which means that you can even drink from it comfortably.
The Orea Sense Carafe is hand-formed by skilled glass blowers – not moulded. This process gives us more freedom to alter thickness in crucial areas and also gives it the robust, artisanal feel with a delicate twist.
This carafe is designed for one serving (200-300ml) and not for more. If you brew bigger quantities, we recommend our Sense Jug (900ml). This carafe works best for the OPEN Glass, OPEN Porcelain, V3 MK2, V4 Wide brewers. It also works with the V4 Narrow, but with a slightly tighter fit for the V4 Narrow Brewer.
The Orea Sense Carafe (300 ml) would be available for purchase at our physical showroom and online store. The Coffee Folks SG is a proud authorised reseller for Orea products and accessories for Singapore.

A PDF invoice will be sent via text/email upon confirmation of payment on the same day. This invoice is to be used as Proof of Purchase for warranty or exchange claims purposes.
The Coffee Folks guarantees same-day delivery (if order is made and payment received before 3pm on a working day) or the next available working day delivery (if order is made and payment received after 3pm). Delivery will be made via local couriers at a stipulated time period (Morning/Afternoon).
Special arrangements during off-working hours can be arranged beforehand at an additional cost.
Local Warranty
The Coffee Folks warrants the Product against defects in materials and/or workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery of the purchase. This is for products which are purchased directly through our store.
We will cover the cost to repair or replace at our own discretion, any product that is found wanting or defective in workmanship or materials.
Please take note the following are not covered:
Modified Products
Third Party Damage incurred during shipping, drops, abuse, spills,
Inappropriate usage including commercial use on a home-designated item
Overtime wear and tear due to usage of item
Aesthetic blemishes when not affecting functionality of item

Electrical Products
Electrical products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
Returns, exchanges, repairs, or replacements may be provided on a case-by-case basis if the product is found to be faulty or defective due to a manufacturing defect. (e.g there are no exchanges for buyers’ remorse)
The warranty does not cover damage or faults resulting from misuse, improper handling, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, improper maintenance, unauthorised modifications or repairs, or any damage caused by the user.
Proof of purchase may be required for all warranty claims. We also recommend keeping the original packaging and accessories to facilitate the warranty assessment process.
Non-Electrical Products
All non-electrical products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once purchased, except where the product is found to be defective at the time of purchase or where otherwise required by applicable law.
Change of Mind / Cancellation
For both electrical and non-electrical products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to a change of mind, including but not limited to situations where the customer no longer wants or needs the product, has purchased the wrong item, or finds the same or a similar product at a lower price elsewhere.
Once an order has been confirmed and payment has been completed, the order is considered final and cannot be cancelled or refunded due to a change of mind, including before dispatch or delivery.
