Lagom casa (“home” in Italian) was designed as a tribute to the simpler times of our earlier journey as home coffee enthusiasts. We wanted a simple home coffee grinder that is reliable, with low retention, and produces delicious coffee effortlessly, all while looking great in our humble coffee corner. This is the humble, and unassuming Lagom Casa.

The conical burrs in Casa are inspired by our well-loved 48mm conical burr set in our LAGOM mini, delivering delicious taste profile in the cup and providing a forgiving dialing in experience for everyday use. The Casa is intentionally designed to run at a low RPM, which helps bring out more uniform grind quality with the Mizen burrs. Do take note that the Casa will be available with either 48mm conical burrs or an optional larger 65mm size.

The Casa features deceptively simple yet highly effective designs, bringing along features found in other grinds in the line-up such as the Lagom 01 and Mini. With its built-in clicker and intuitive stepless adjustment, coupled with a grind path meticulously optimized for minimal retention in everyday use, the Casa delivers a complete package that would satisfy most users of different experience level.

The grinding workflow is as straightforward as it gets: from loading beans into the grinder to obtaining uniformly ground coffee ready to be brewed. It is the culmination of our grinder design experience in delivering a straightforward, fuss-free single-dosing workflow to our users seeking the ultimate single-dosing experience at home.

Payments & Shipping/Delivery Policies

The Coffee Folks accepts the following payment methods:

A PDF invoice will be sent via text/email upon confirmation of payment on the same day. This invoice is to be used as Proof of Purchase for warranty or exchange claims purposes.

The Coffee Folks guarantees same-day delivery (if order is made and payment received before 3pm on a working day) or the next available working day delivery (if order is made and payment received after 3pm). Delivery will be made via local couriers at a stipulated time period (Morning/Afternoon).

Special arrangements during off-working hours can be arranged beforehand at an additional cost.

Local Warranty

The Coffee Folks warrants the Product against defects in materials and/or workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery of the purchase. This is for products which are purchased directly through our store.

We will cover the cost to repair or replace at our own discretion, any product that is found wanting or defective in workmanship or materials.

Please take note the following are not covered:

  • Modified Products
  • Third Party Damage incurred during shipping, drops, abuse, spills,
  • Inappropriate usage including commercial use on a home-designated item
  • Overtime wear and tear due to usage of item
  • Aesthetic blemishes when not affecting functionality of item

Return Policies

Please kindly take note that returns on products are applicable ONLY for items within 30 days of purchase and covered under the 1-year manufacturing warranty. Exchanges or warranty claims would be on a case-by-case basis and we highly recommend to keep the receipt and packaging complete to facilitate any exchanges.
