Choose from operating directly off the buttons and interface on the Link or help to triangulate onto desired roast sweet spot of your greens by inputting information like Density, Processing, Bean Type, Screen Size via the Nucleus Link app. Select from a myriad of Roast Profiles such as Cupping, Omni, Filter and we’ve found that the Link truly excels at the 70-90g roast volume.
Want to take control over your Roast? Hook up the Link to the laptop and dial in your First Crack, adjust your Fan Speed and make changes on the fly to your Total Development Ratio while monitoring your Rate of Rise in real time off the chart display.
The Link comes shipped in a travel hardcase with all the necessary accessories such as the Density Cup and the Power Cable while guaranteed against defects for 1-year. A PDF invoice will be sent via text/email upon confirmation of payment on the same day. This invoice is to be used as Proof of Purchase for warranty or exchange claims purposes.
The Coffee Folks guarantees same-day delivery (if order is made and payment received before 3pm on a working day) or the next available working day delivery (if order is made and payment received after 3pm). Delivery will be made via local couriers at a stipulated time period (Morning/Afternoon).
Special arrangements during off-working hours can be arranged beforehand at an additional cost.
Local Warranty
The Coffee Folks warrants the Product against defects in materials and/or workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery of the purchase. This is for products which are purchased directly through our store.
We will cover the cost to repair or replace at our own discretion, any product that is found wanting or defective in workmanship or materials.
