Introducing the Aillio Bullet R2 and R2 Pro, the smallest and reliable electric induction drum-based roaster for aspiring roasters and micro-roasteries.
At the very core of the R2 Pro lies the induction modules which sit at the bottom of the rotating drum barrel –
the beauty of induction allowing for precision, wide area heating with minimal risk of hotspots. The R2 Pro offers 14
progressive power steps up to 2300W of power draw while the R2 offers 10 power steps at 1700W of power draw, allowing for
a big degree of finetuning and finesse. The error of margin on actual temperature of the drum is at an impressive +/-0.5%.
Benefits of roasting with gas is in its responsiveness and guess what, the induction modules have that too. There are no
heating elements within the drum itself, it comes directly from the induction module allowing for a more overall energy efficient and responsive mid-roast control than other electric roasters on the market.
The degree of control is immense on the R2 and R2 Pro – between 160 to 310 degree of pre-heat temperature range to work with, 9 drum speeds and 12 different airspeeds for control with 5-deg of adjustment possibilities.
One of the biggest sell on the machine would be the infrared probe in addition to the bean temperature probe, or nicknamed IBTS
in short, it looks and measures the temperature across the entire drum using infrared sensors regardless on a batch size that is barely to completely full.
What about in the department of air or flow control for flavour development and consistent roasting? Enter dynamic air control system, Flowsense. This system directly measures actual airflow within the drum itself and adjusts fan’s RPM accordingly to maintain airflow stability (say in event of a chaff blockage). It will bump up the fan RPM speed accordingly while triggering a Chaff Alert in the Notification Display. Roasters would be happy to learn that the control panel has been redesigned for easier removal with more magnets and less screws usage in the design.
Last but not least, the intuitive-looking RoasTime software that pairs with the device allows for easy-on-the-fly
adjustments including but not limited to drum, fan and power settings while auto-saving every adjustment for future
references. This is also where you can take advantage professionals’ roaster profiles as a starting point and adjust
accordingly that best suits your roasting needs.

A PDF invoice will be sent via text/email upon confirmation of payment on the same day. This invoice is to be used as Proof of Purchase for warranty or exchange claims purposes.
The Coffee Folks guarantees same-day delivery (if order is made and payment received before 3pm on a working day) or the next available working day delivery (if order is made and payment received after 3pm). Delivery will be made via local couriers at a stipulated time period (Morning/Afternoon).
Special arrangements during off-working hours can be arranged beforehand at an additional cost.
Local Warranty
The Coffee Folks warrants the Product against defects in materials and/or workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery of the purchase. This is for products which are purchased directly through our store.
We will cover the cost to repair or replace at our own discretion, any product that is found wanting or defective in workmanship or materials.
Please take note the following are not covered:
- Modified Products
- Third Party Damage incurred during shipping, drops, abuse, spills,
- Inappropriate usage including commercial use on a home-designated item
- Overtime wear and tear due to usage of item
