The wine glass-like body, with its steep angles, helps collect and concentrate aromas at a central point. The wide mouth positions your nose right at the heart of these aromas, while also ensuring that liquid is spread evenly across your palate with every sip.

This cup is designed to complement a carafe. Intended primarily as a tasting cup, it’s made for small pours and sips. It’s compact in size, typically not meant to hold a full brew — and that’s by design. By filling it in small increments, you’ll have plenty of room to swirl and inhale, enhancing the aromatic experience. When used as intended, the cup remains comfortably cool to the touch, with the neck providing a convenient, cool area to hold or carry.

There are two available sizes: Small (175ml) and Large (240ml). Both cups share the same elegant design, but due to differences in size and material mass, the feel and taste will vary slightly.

If you prefer to brew directly into your cup, we recommend selecting the Large size, which is suitable for brews up to 15g and 250ml of water (your brewed coffee will be slightly less than 240ml due to the brewing process).

Payments & Shipping/Delivery Policies

A PDF invoice will be sent via text/email upon confirmation of payment on the same day. This invoice is to be used as Proof of Purchase for warranty or exchange claims purposes.

The Coffee Folks guarantees same-day delivery (if order is made and payment received before 3pm on a working day) or the next available working day delivery (if order is made and payment received after 3pm). Delivery will be made via local couriers at a stipulated time period (Morning/Afternoon).

Special arrangements during off-working hours can be arranged beforehand at an additional cost.

Local Warranty

The Coffee Folks warrants the Product against defects in materials and/or workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery of the purchase. This is for products which are purchased directly through our store.

We will cover the cost to repair or replace at our own discretion, any product that is found wanting or defective in workmanship or materials.

Please take note the following are not covered:

Modified Products
Third Party Damage incurred during shipping, drops, abuse, spills,
Inappropriate usage including commercial use on a home-designated item
Overtime wear and tear due to usage of item
Aesthetic blemishes when not affecting functionality of item

Please kindly take note that returns on products are applicable ONLY for items within 30 days of purchase and covered under the 1-year manufacturing warranty. Exchanges or warranty claims would be on a case-by-case basis and we highly recommend to keep the receipt and packaging complete to facilitate any exchanges.
