12-Months Single Coffee xPods (Subscription)

Welcome to the xBloom-the Coffee Folks SG subscription service where you’ll get access to fresh coffee beans roasted by some of the best roasters in town as well as the roaster’s recipe and brew interpretation for the beans. Now you can truly experience the same coffeehouse experience in the comforts of your home with your loved ones through the xPods.

xPods Subscription

Every month, we would be highlighting and featuring a local roaster and their beans. This would be the subscription coffee of the month and if you’ve selected a single bag regardless of 3/6/12 months period, we would be posting out the subscription coffee by the end of the first week of the month. You should be able to receive in 1-2 working days after.

Mail Out Date: By 7th of the month

Cut Off Date: 28th of the month

How does it work?

If you’ve gone with the 1 bag selection, you would automatically get the subscription coffee of the month. If you’ve gone with the 3-bag selection and if we have 3 featured roasters for the month, you will automatically get one of each. If you’ve gone with the 4-bag selection option, we would offer one of each coffees including the subscription coffee of the month.

If you’ve select 2 bags or more coffees for that month, you would be getting the subscription coffee of the month alongside one other selection from other roasters available for the month. Do keep in mind that even if you’ve selected the same roaster for a 3/6/12 months period, the coffees you’ll receive from the same roaster would be a different one. If you’ve missed the cut-off date for subscription, we would be mailing out your beans the following month.

If we are sold out of coffees from your preferred roaster for the month, we would replace it with the subscription coffee roaster by default. If you’ll like us to replace it with another roaster of choice for the month, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us.

All subscriptions are required to get local courier/postage and the process would be automated after subscription. If you’ll like to choose to pick it up in person or opt for an alternative arrangement, please get in touch with us first over email before subscribing.

The subscriptions will expire by the end of the time period that you have chosen. If you’ve selected the 3 month period, you will not be billed from the 4th month onwards. We apologise that we are not able to entertain early cancellations so do keep that in mind before purchasing the subscription.

The Morning Star Series

The Single Coffee xPods has been carefully curated by The Coffee Folks SG team in conjunction with select coffee roasters in Singapore to provide the community with varieties of fresh brews on demand. The xPods are a culmination of months of repeated coffee testing and recipe calibration, aimed at recreating a similar experience to having a cuppa on the coffeehouses premises.

The Morning Star Series represent the first of the several selections that The Coffee Folks SG team has worked with local roasters, and is positioned as a pourover coffee that would cater to a wide group of drinkers. The characteristics of the coffee are intended as bright, not overly complex, good body and overall a balanced cup.

The Arctic Rush Series

The Arctic Rush is the hotly anticipated follow up to the ever-green Morning Star Series, where specialty drip coffee gets expressed in an ice filter format. Expect stronger natural coffees, fermented coffees to join the fray  and be that much-needed reprieve to the hot, blazing weeks on the sunny island that never cease to let up.

The characteristics of the coffee can vary from something that is wine-like to a fruity tea sensation. We personally think if you are looking to get someone started on drip but have trouble getting them past the acidity in a hot cup of drip, look no further than the Arctic Rush series.
