With a solid track record of the V3 and V4 winning the WBrC in the last few years, OREA set up on the path of evolving the dripper to the next level – the Z1. They got some help from friends or rather, heavyweights in the industry – merely the best drip assist and filter papers in the world, OREA teamed up with powerhouses Melodrip and Sibarist.

OREA Z1 overhauls the traditional idea of drippers conforming to the conical or flatbed concepts. Made out of high grade Tritan which is commonly employed in medical equipment, the Z1 with its no bypass design offers users less coffee usage but tastier cups while brewing at wider ratios.

The goal of the Z1 was always about “something that is fast, easy, tasty, and very versatile. Designed to go anywhere you go, but equally great at home, cafe, or brewing competition.”

Why the Melodrip?

“We have tested them all – clones and weird interpretations alike. Time and time again, we return to the MELODRIP because it just has a special something. The hexchamber design produces the right amount of pressure so the diffused droplets reduce agitation, but flow fast enough to transfer proper amount of heat.

Payments & Shipping/Delivery Policies

The Coffee Folks accepts the following payment methods:

  1. Major credit card payments (additional 3% credit card fee)

A PDF invoice will be sent via text/email upon confirmation of payment on the same day. This invoice is to be used as Proof of Purchase for warranty or exchange claims purposes.

The Coffee Folks guarantees same-day delivery (if order is made and payment received before 3pm on a working day) or the next available working day delivery (if order is made and payment received after 3pm). Delivery will be made via local couriers at a stipulated time period (Morning/Afternoon).

Special arrangements during off-working hours can be arranged beforehand at an additional cost.

Local Warranty

The Coffee Folks warrants the Product against defects in materials and/or workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery of the purchase. This is for products which are purchased directly through our store.

We will cover the cost to repair or replace at our own discretion, any product that is found wanting or defective in workmanship or materials.

Please take note the following are not covered:

  • Modified Products
  • Third Party Damage incurred during shipping, drops, abuse, spills,
  • Inappropriate usage including commercial use on a home-designated item
  • Overtime wear and tear due to usage of item
  • Aesthetic blemishes when not affecting functionality of item

Return Policies

Return & Warranty Policy

Please review our Return & Warranty Policy carefully before making a purchase.

  1. Electrical Products

Electrical products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.

Returns, exchanges, repairs, or replacements may be provided on a case-by-case basis if the product is found to be faulty or defective due to a manufacturing defect. (e.g there are no exchanges for buyers’ remorse)

The warranty does not cover damage or faults resulting from misuse, improper handling, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, improper maintenance, unauthorised modifications or repairs, or any damage caused by the user.

Proof of purchase may be required for all warranty claims. We also recommend keeping the original packaging and accessories to facilitate the warranty assessment process.

  1. Non-Electrical Products

All non-electrical products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once purchased, except where the product is found to be defective at the time of purchase or where otherwise required by applicable law.

Change of Mind / Cancellation

For both electrical and non-electrical products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to a change of mind, including but not limited to situations where the customer no longer wants or needs the product, has purchased the wrong item, or finds the same or a similar product at a lower price elsewhere.

Once an order has been confirmed and payment has been completed, the order is considered final and cannot be cancelled or refunded due to a change of mind, including before dispatch or delivery.
