November xPods
We are easing into the final stretch of the year with two of the most well-loved and long-standing local roasters, Nylon Coffee and Roundboy Roasters.
Nylon Coffee, known for their clean, balanced and distinct roasts brings to the table San Jose, a clean gesha varietal from one of their favourite origins El Salvador. For the someone favouring an everyday comfort cup of coffee, this would be our strong recommendation of choice. Geshas are known for their delicate and floral properties, with the San Jose being no different while bringing plenty of sweetness to the cup.
Folks can’t seem to be getting enough of Roundboy Roasters’ coffees and we are happy to have them back for November for yet another South American coffee, from Guatemala this time round. The Huehuetenango is a juicy and fruit-forward coffee that promises the drinker of popular taste notes like cream orange blossom and citrusy orange peel. For someone looking for a more expressive and vibrant coffee of choice this month, you won’t go wrong with this selection.
