[OFFICIAL SINGAPORE DISTRIBUTOR] The original Key integrated an 83mm conical burr set into the most compact, space-saving design possible.

The Mk.2 marks an evolutionary step in the development of the Key by introducing significant usability and workflow upgrades while maintaining the same footprint as the original version.

The burrs and mount define the width of the Key, so it takes up a fraction of the space required by grinders with burrs only a fraction of the size.

Created by the engineers and designers behind the iPod nano, Weber took great care to pack a lot into a small package.

The Key is built around the massive 83mm conical burr set. The burrs exclusively from Mazzer, but Weber applies their own unique secondary processes to partially season them so they are usable out of the box, and then seal in the edge with a life-prolonging and completely food safe TiN coating. Perfect for the single-dosing café or home.

A WORD FROM MANUFACTURER
We grind coffee with the Key during the final steps of our QC process. While we do clean up afterwards-you may still find a small amount of residual coffee remnants in the machine.

Every purchase of the Weber Key Mk2 comes with an official 2-years local warranty. Do take note that our local team of technicians based at the Kallang workshop are well equipped to service the grinder beyond the 2-year warranty period.

Maintenance and Cleaning

The KEY has been designed from the start to be both simple and easy to clean. No tools, and a full clean in seconds, not hours.

The lower funnel is held in place by 12 strong rare earth magnets and can be removed with a simple twist of the wrist. Once exposed, remove the cone burr with the included wrench and drop it out to gain access to the outer burr. At this point, both burrs can be brushed clean in seconds. A few strokes with the brush that’s always ready to deploy removes any stray coffee grounds and the included blower can be used to clear out what you may have left behind.

Payments & Shipping/Delivery Policies

The Coffee Folks accepts the following payment methods:

A PDF invoice will be sent via text/email upon confirmation of payment on the same day. This invoice is to be used as Proof of Purchase for warranty or exchange claims purposes.

The Coffee Folks guarantees same-day delivery (if order is made and payment received before 3pm on a working day) or the next available working day delivery (if order is made and payment received after 3pm). Delivery will be made via local couriers at a stipulated time period (Morning/Afternoon).

Special arrangements during off-working hours can be arranged beforehand at an additional cost.

Local Warranty

The Coffee Folks warrants the Product against defects in materials and/or workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery of the purchase. This is for products which are purchased directly through our store.

We will cover the cost to repair or replace at our own discretion, any product that is found wanting or defective in workmanship or materials.

Please take note the following are not covered:

  • Modified Products
  • Third Party Damage incurred during shipping, drops, abuse, spills,
  • Inappropriate usage including commercial use on a home-designated item
  • Overtime wear and tear due to usage of item
  • Aesthetic blemishes when not affecting functionality of item

Return Policies

Please kindly take note that returns on products are applicable ONLY for items within 30 days of purchase and covered under the 1-year manufacturing warranty. Exchanges or warranty claims would be on a case-by-case basis and we highly recommend to keep the receipt and packaging complete to facilitate any exchanges.
